Early Life

On June 2nd, 1971, Koy was born in Tacoma, Washington. His father is from the United States, and his mother is from the Philippines. Koy’s family lived in Spanaway at first, but then relocated to Tacoma. Koy’s family relocated to Las Vegas after he graduated from high school to be closer to his elderly grandma. Koy went to Spanaway Lake High School before transferring to Foss High School in Tacoma. He was a student at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, but he dropped out.
